Very-very nice and courteous staff, had very relaxing stay!!!
We got 2 nights in this absolutely great and lovely hotel, thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was marvellous with waffles and bananas, so much to pick from.

The most important was the staff - excellent and extremely friendly people. Overall it was decent size where the breakfast is located. A hair dryer, shower caps and bath sheets were available there.

The queen room was newly decorated with comfortable beds. the bathroom was stocked with a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. the hotel is in an excellent location in downtown Southampton, next to the beach, market, museum, Fairy Lake, and a variety of restaurants.
